A beautifully structured half-cup bra with a distinctly couture feel.

Simone Pérèle’s Saga collection was inspired by embroidery motifs from the brand’s own archives, reworked into ornate guipure detailing with a much cleaner, more modern shape. The Garden Green colour gives the bra a rich jewel-tone finish, while the sheer embroidered cups keep it feeling light. 

Why we love it

This is a proper balconette shape. It lifts from underneath, opens up the neckline and gives a beautifully rounded silhouette without relying on padding.

The raised guipure embroidery is the standout detail, especially across the straps and upper cup, while the small U-shaped cut-out at the centre keeps the whole thing feeling delicate rather than heavy. 

The Amélie Tip

Half-cup bras are brilliant under square necks, sweetheart necklines and lower-cut tops because they give lift without covering too much of the upper breast.

On this 36C, the cup edge should lie flat and open across the bust. If you see spilling over the top, go up in the cup rather than loosening the band.
