In the striking Rouge Opéra colourway, this shorty combines delicate floral embroidery with sheer plumetis tulle and beautifully soft fabric. The shape sits comfortably across the hips with a slightly cheeky cut at the back, giving you a little more coverage than a thong without losing any of the prettiness.

Why we love it

The colour does most of the talking. Rouge Opéra is a rich, vibrant red with just enough pink running through it to make it feel modern rather than traditionally scarlet.

Shorties are lovely under looser trousers, skirts and dresses, but fit matters. The edge should sit smoothly across your bottom rather than cutting in.
