Rich plum, cassis and orchid tones give this gorgeous shorty its distinctive depth. Élégance Artist combines intricate Italian embroidery with whisper-light sheer tulle, creating lingerie that feels almost illustrated onto the skin.

The low-rise shorty shape gently hugs the hips, with scalloped embroidery across the front and sheer stretch tulle at the back. A large embroidered motif finishes the centre back, making this particularly lovely from every angle.

Shorties are brilliant under looser trousers, dresses and skirts, but fit is everything.

The waistband should sit flat rather than cutting into your hips. If you’re between sizes, I’d generally favour the larger size with a delicate embroidered style like this. The embroidery looks much prettier lying smoothly against the body.
