From the Archive | French Luxury Lingerie
There is something particularly beautiful about this softer interpretation of Aubade’s Magnetic Spell.
In Platinum, intricate floral embroidery in shimmering silver-grey appears almost weightless against sheer tulle, creating Aubade’s signature tattoo-like effect on the skin. Graphic embroidery around the hips gives the otherwise romantic design a more contemporary edge.
The Italian brief shape is feminine and flattering, offering more coverage than a tanga while retaining a beautifully seductive cut. The embroidery is made in France, with a 100% cotton-lined gusset.
Why we love it
The colour. Platinum is softer than black but every bit as sophisticated, and the combination of silvery embroidery and transparency makes this look particularly luxurious.
It’s the sort of lingerie that feels special without needing to be saved for a special occasion.
The Amélie Tip
An Italian brief is a great choice if you like the flattering shape of a more revealing knicker but don’t particularly enjoy a thong.
The embroidered edge should frame your bottom rather than cut across it. If you’re between two sizes, choose the one that lies smoothly against the skin.

From the Amélie Archive
Brand new and unworn, this is a beautiful piece from a previous collection that has been rediscovered in the boutique.
Our Archive is home to exquisite past-season lingerie, discontinued colours and those final few pieces that are simply too lovely to disappear into a stockroom. Occasionally an Archive piece may have a missing or imperfect tag after being stored or displayed, but all pieces are brand new and unworn.
And quite often, there’s only one.
