A lovely combination of pretty lace and easy, everyday comfort.

Antigel’s Dentelle Rebelle Shorty is made almost entirely from delicate floral jacquard lace, with a modern lower-rise shape and a slightly cheekier cut across the bottom. The beautiful Vert Mousse shade is an earthy moss green that makes a refreshing alternative to traditional black or nude lingerie.

The collection takes inspiration from Matisse’s cut-paper floral artwork, combining organic floral shapes with sharper, sportier details. 

Why we love it

It’s comfortable without looking sensible.

The soft lace gives plenty of stretch, the shorty shape provides useful coverage, and that striped openwork waistband gives it a slightly more contemporary feel.

The Amélie Tip

Shorties are brilliant when you want more coverage but don’t necessarily want a higher waist.

The important bit is the leg line. It should follow the bottom rather than dig across it. If you see a noticeable ridge through clothing, don’t automatically assume shorties aren’t for you. Quite often you simply need the next size up or a slightly different cut.
